Fans pay tribute to viral Chelsea fan Angry Rantman as YouTube sensation dies aged 27

Viral Chelsea fan Abhradeep Saha (Angry Rantman) has unfortunately died following a recent battle with illness aged 27.

Saha was mainly known for his 'rant' videos where he would hilariously tear apart Chelsea's players and performances with one of his most well known lines being "there is no passion."

The Angry Rantman Youtube channel emmased an impressive 480,000 subscribers, with Saha regularly uploading following Chelsea matches with many of his clips going viral.

Following the news his family have released the following statement:

"With profound grief and sorrow, we hereby declare the sad and untimely demise of Abhradeep Saha AKA #AngryRantman today at 10:18 hrs IST.

"He touched the lives of millions with his Honesty, humour and unwavering spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

"As we mourn his loss, let us remember the joy he brought to our lives and hold on to the cherished memories we share together. Inspiring change one rant at a time.17.04.2024, Saha Family"

Fans had been aware of Saha's condition for a while now, with updates being provided following his surgery via his Youtube community.

The first update came 11 days ago and read: "Health Update #1It was major surgery, Still in the ICU recovery will be long Let’s hope for the best till then no uploads.<3 Dad"

The second and final update before the announcement, explained Saha's condition was deteriorating.

It read: "Health Update #2 He is in a really critical situation with life saving support System, Pray for a Faster Recovery."

Saha had given so much joy to his viewers around the world, and he will be dearly missed.

Fans have paid tribute to Saha on social media following the news.

One fan commented: "a legend indeed, rest in peace"

Another posted: "Whenever I hear something about Chelsea your name comes first for me, rest in peace mate!"
