Chelsea continued their pre-season preparations against Malaysian club Johor Darul Ta'zim, this being their last game away from Stamford Bridge before the start of the campaign.
Fans of the Blues will be able to see Xabi Alonso’s first match as manager at Stamford Bridge next Saturday when they host Real Sociedad.
There will be excitement from around the Chelsea fanbase to witness their team under the Spaniard, with supporters looking to get a first look at some of the summer signings and how Alonso will implement his style on the club.
Alonso appears to be putting in the final pieces ahead of the upcoming season, with Chelsea battling Real Madrid for the signing of Martin Zubimendi, while there are still a few departures expected from the Blues this summer.

Now, supporters have made it clear about one player they wish to see head for the exit door, particularly after his performance against Johor Darul Ta’zim.
Fans have taken aim at the performance of Tosin Adarabioyo, putting much of the blame on him for conceding the opening goal of the game.
The goal came on the counter attack as Marcos Guilherme broke down the left-hand side before passing it across the box for Arif Aiman to tap it in.
Supporters have let their frustrations be known on social media around the performance of the centre back, with several wanting him to depart the club, as they point out that he cannot play in a side with the tactics Alonso wants to use.
One fan said: “Tosin is probably a great person to have in and around the dressing room; I don’t doubt that, but when you have a system that has us playing high for a lot of the game, it just isn’t his strength.”
Another added: “I said this even before the match started, and they called me a madman. Anytime I see Tosin in our starting lineup, I just know our defense line is a major weak link for that day. Can someone please send Tosin out of my club?”
While a supporter stated: “I really despise the whole ‘get out of my club’ type of statements in football. But Tosin, man. You’ve got to go; it’s got to be so embarrassing for him. He’s clearly the worst player on the pitch in every game, and I’m not exaggerating…”
Tosin would remain at the centre of things throughout the first half as he would push his weight about in the middle of the tussle between the two sides at a Chelsea corner.
Fans expressed their belief that while Tosin is working hard and trying to demonstrate to Alonso he should be part of the team, they don’t believe he has the quality.
Chelsea would find an equaliser from the penalty spot, with Liam Delap hitting the roof of the net in the 42nd minute after he had won the penalty for sharp movement in the box, with the sides going in level at the interval.

Chelsea would find an equaliser from the penalty spot, with Liam Delap hitting the roof of the net in the 42nd minute after he had won the penalty for sharp movement in the box, with the sides going in level at the interval.
After the interval his performance did not improve, at least in the eyes of the supporters; however, as tensions rose between the sides, he would be the first to defend his players, as after a tough challenge on Delap he would step in to protect his teammate while also trying to get his point across to the referee.
The Blues did take the lead in the tie with Delap’s second just after the hour mark, with it again coming from the penalty spot; however, this goal advantage did not last long as the Malaysian side made it 2-2 just three minutes later.
Johor Darul Ta'zim took the lead in the 86th minute after a smart finish, but within a minute Alonso’s side would be level once again as Cristian Glauder turned the ball into his own net, and this is how the match would finish.
The match would go to penalties to discover a winner in this pre-season friendly, or at least that was the plan, but it was cancelled due to tempers flaring on the pitch.
