Jamie Carragher caused chaos by accidentally interrupting a foreign TV broadcast during CBS Sports' coverage of Manchester City vs Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night.

Carragher was once again working as a pundit for the Golazo show as part of Champions League action but much like on Tuesday evening, he was not in the studio as he normally is.

On Tuesday, Carragher was at Anfield for Liverpool's 1-0 win over Real Madrid - with Gareth Bale filling in as a studio pundit alongside Micah Richards and Thierry Henry.

He produced hilarity during interviews with Arne Slot and Dominik Szoboszlai and was put in his place by five-time Champions League winner Bale when he made a "flash in the pan" jibe.

A day later and Carragher was at it again, travelling to the Etihad Stadium with the Dortmund fans who he made friends with in his protocol-breaking experience in the Yellow Wall back in 2024.

On that occasion, he got stuck into pints and did an unplanned interview with Jadon Sancho, as well as being refused access to Luis Enrique.

Carragher causes chaos on Brazilian TV

Linking up with former Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel pitchside and in the mixed zone, Carragher was better behaved while working City's 4-1 victory over Dortmund.

However, the Liverpool legend became the talk of the town once again after inadvertently stepping into the broadcast shot of Brazilian TV, stating "I was just minding my own business and ended up Brazilian TV and going viral".

A presenter for TNT Sports Brazil was doing his piece to camera when Carragher wandered behind him without a care in the world. He then realised his error and produced a priceless facial expression before quickly darting off camera.

In the end, the presenter invited Carragher for a chat, where he revealed he has "lots of friends in Brazil". When the host asked, "am I one of them?", Carragher said, "You are now" and a handshake took place.

The clip was played on CBS' live coverage and introduced by Schmeichel, with the panel in stitches and Richards remarking that it was "the fastest you've ever moved Jamie".

Reflecting on his mischief, Carragher said: “I’m just minding my own business, not having a bevvy and saying just behave yourself, you’re in Manchester.

“And then I got caught in all kinds of trouble.”
