Micah Richards has left the rest of the CBS panel in disbelief after dropping a x-rated comment about David Beckham's appearance on the Champions League show.

The Champions League returned for the 2024/25 season on Tuesday night, with several of the biggest clubs in Europe competing for their first point in the new league format.

Of course, with the return of the Champions League, came the return of the beloved CBS coverage hosted by Kate Scott, Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards.

And during the second pre-match broadcast of the season on Wednesday night, Richards left the rest of the panel in shock after making an X-rated comment about England legend Beckham's surprise appearance on Tuesday's show

Discussing a potential bromance with Beckham after Tuesday's show, Richards surprised everyone saying: "I got his sticky stuff as well, didn't I?'

His statement was immediately met with silence followed by laughter as the former Manchester City defender cleared up what he meant by the shocking question.

"The honey! What is wrong with you lot's minds? It says on the honey, David Beckham's sticky stuff!"

Henry is so embarrassed by the exchange that he has to hide behind a piece of paper, while Scott and Carragher break down in laughter.

The panel then defer to Peter Schmeichel and Anita Nneka Jones, who are covering the match between Manchester City and Inter Milan live at the Etihad.

However, as soon as the camera shows the two presenters, Jones begins to laugh and Schmeichel immediately hides his face while exclaiming: "I can't be watching this!"

The product that Richards was referring to is the honey that Beckham is planning to create from tending to the bees at his Cotswolds home and selling.

A source told The Sun: “David absolutely loves getting outside and looking after all of the family’s hives.

“It’s very early days so nothing will be out for a while yet. But he is putting the wheels in motion to turn it into a side hustle.

“There will be plenty of people keen to try some of David’s sticky stuff.”

Beckham's honey is not yet available to the public, but it appears Richards was able to get his hands on a jar early.
