Micah Richards received a gift from Ligue 1 side Brest while he was part of CBS Sports Golazoâs live coverage of the Champions League on Wednesday.
Richards, 36, was flanked by fellow former professional footballers and Champions League winners Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher. The trio were joined by presenter Kate Scott (formerly Kate Abdo).
As ever, the team were in fine form and could regularly be seen laughing and joking during their coverage of the European games.

But one particular segment left fans and the panel in stitches when Richards was handed a gift by Abdo, who delivered a message from French outfit Brest.
âI think it would maybe be fair to say that youâve single-handedly put Brest on the map in the Champions League this season,â Scott said to Richards.
âOh really,â he replied.
âYes⌠youâre a big fan of theirs and theyâve also wanted to show CBS and you that theyâre a big fan of yours,â Scott added.
âThey appreciate the support. So, theyâve actually sent us a little note.â
Scott, 43, then read the note to the panel, who were waiting in anticipation.
âMany thanks for your close attention to Brestâs performance since the start of the Champions League,â read Scott.
âWe all enjoy watching youâre many laughs in the studio. So, weâve made a special shirt for Micah [Richards].
âWe couldnât resist giving a Stade Brestois shirt to our own legend Thierry Henry to whom we send our warming greetings.â
âNothing for me Kate, no?â quipped Carragher before Abdo joked that he âdidnât get a mentionâ.
The presenter then passed the red Brest home shirt to Henry and Richards, with the latterâs emblazoned with the words âBrest loverâ and the number two.
Carragher, 46, then joked that heâs ânever been able toâ get his âhands on Brestâ.
Richards proceeded to put the shirt on before posing for the camera. And despite the humorous gift, Brest have been no joke in this year's campaign and are in with a genuine chance of securing an automatic round of 16 spot in the Champions League.
The Ligue 1 outfit sit 13th in the 36-team group phase and could sneak into the top eight with a win against Real Madrid at the Stade du Rodourou next Wednesday.
