Viktor Gyokeres has already made his feelings clear on being body-shamed after making his Arsenal debut.
After back and forth negotiations with Sporting, Gyokeres' £55 million move to Arsenal was finally completed last week before an official unveiling before the pre-season game against Newcastle in Singapore.
Having been behind on his training after forcing through the transfer, Gyokeres made his debut for Arsenal in a 1-0 defeat to North London rivals Spurs in Hong Kong.
Pape Sarr's stunning long-range effort brought the victory at Kai Tak Sports Park, where Gyokeres only played 13 minutes.

The Swede had a handful of touches in the defeat but much of the conversation online revolved around his physique, with some users deeming the former Brighton and Coventry City striker to look a little heavy in his first game for the Gunners.

Gyokeres, who is 6ft 2 and around 90kg, was widely trolled for his appearance.
But the comments are nothing new for the 27-year-old, who has to contend with similar responses during his time at Sporting.

In a previous interview, Gyokeres discussed being called "fat" when he made the move to Lisbon in 2023.
"People always talk," Gyokeres said.
"There is always some kind of talk. I think there was some who called me fat when I came to my first pre-season with Sporting after I signed. It's always those kind of thoughts to just try to make a statement or good headline."

Despite his frame, Gyokeres is still a mobile mover and clocked in at 34.5 km/h in the Champions League last season.
According to SkillCorner, he made 85 sprints in behind the opposition's backline last term - his running ability and pace extremely impressive for a man of his stature.
What Arteta has told Gyokeres after training sessions
Gyokeres is still looking to get up to speed and will be hoping for valuable minutes in upcoming friendlies against Spanish sides Villarreal and Athletic Club at the Emirates.

But while he is adapting to a new approach, Arteta has been quick to ensure Gyokeres is not changing his style which helped him become one of the most sought after strikers in the world.
"Yeah, just try to use my qualities as much as I can," Gyokeres said when asked about instructions from Arteta.
"But then as you said, I haven’t been here too long. I’ve only done one training session. So yeah, I think I have to do a few more to come into it even more.”
