Fan footage from inside Wembley shows an exhausted Declan Rice struggling to walk down the stairs after Arsenal's defeat to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final.
It has been a gruelling campaign for Rice, who has played the third-most minutes of any outfield player for Arsenal this term, starting 38 games in all competitions.
This month alone, the 27-year-old midfielder has made six appearances, even after he asked to be brought off in the 76th minute of their 2-1 win over Chelsea on March 1.
Speaking in the aftermath of Arsenal's Champions League victory over Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday, Rice admitted he was "shattered".

"It's non-stop," he told TNT Sports. "We're in all the competitions still so it's been every three days since October. We deal with it best we can, but it's difficult. We find ways to win and it's all good."
Rice added: "Everyone asks where I get my energy from. I just get this second burst of energy."

Despite his heavy schedule, the box-to-box midfielder managed to play the full 90 minutes against title rivals Manchester City on Sunday.
The England international covered plenty of ground throughout, but his condition after the final whistle has concerned Arsenal fans with seven games remaining of the Premier League campaign.
As seen in the footage below, Rice struggled to walk down the Wembley stairs during the ceremony, and his lack of movement has become a big talking point online.
One fan wrote: "Rice can’t move bro," and a second commented: "Another player Arteta has run into the ground."
A third said: "Been saying he’s dead knackered since the turn of the year, desperately needs a break so he can find his form again," and a fourth wrote: "Yeah, that limp looked brutal."
A fifth added: "At the end of the season he’s going to reveal some injury he’s been playing through. I’m convinced."
Declan Rice reacts to Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City
Speaking in the aftermath of Arsenal's 2-0 defeat, Rice gave an insight into the game.
“It’s very, very disappointing,” he said. "It's a final you didn't want to lose but ultimately today we’ve given them the two chances. We've got to look at ourselves, it could’ve been a different game if we scored that one in the first half."
Rice added: "There were a lot of positives in the first half. But look, we keep going. A lot of positives to still look forward for the end of the season.”
