Arsenal fans are all saying the same thing about Aaron Ramsdale after David Raya's errors against Luton

David Raya committed two errors against Luton.

Arsenal fans all said the same thing about Aaron Ramsdale following David Raya's calamitous performance against Luton.

Raya was at fault for two of Luton's goals as he failed to catch the ball from a corner kick before allowing Ross Barkley to score.

Former Everton star Barkley worked an opening then struck his shot under the Arsenal goalkeeper's arms in a shocking moment.

Declan Rice spared Raya's blushes as he headed home a last-minute winner to secure a 4-3 victory.

Arsenal supporters on social media made their feelings clear about Ramsdale following Raya's mistakes in net.

They've seemingly had enough of the Spaniard as they furiously slammed his showing at Kenilworth Road while backing the England international.

One X user wrote: "David Raya is not an upgrade on Aaron Ramsdale I’m sorry."

A second tweeted: "I swear if you think David Raya is a better goalkeeper than a confident Aaron Ramsdale you just don’t understand the game. Pathetic."

A third added: "4 shots on target, 3 goals, 2 mistakes. Aaron Ramsdale should NEVER have been dropped! Raya has made more mistakes to warrant being dropped than Ramsdale!"

A fourth fumed: "Absolute joke that Aaron Ramsdale has been dropped for David Raya.. liability."

Another commented: "Not being funny but David Raya has me absolutely fuming. Aaron Ramsdale deserves so much better than this."

Ramsdale has played just five games in the Premier League this season.

Mikel Arteta dropped the 25-year-old for the stopper on loan from Brentford.

The 28-year-old has played nine games this season since being made the No.1 at the club.

Who should Arteta start against Aston Villa on Saturday? Let us know.
