Arsenal fans have completely turned on ONE player and want him sold in January after a glaring error against Chelsea.

Arsenal left Stamford Bridge with a point following their 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Sunday.

In the second-half, Gabriel Martinelli put the visitors ahead before Pedro Neto rifled home to level proceedings.

But Arsenal had a chance to snatch all three points with the very last kick of the game when William Saliba played an inviting ball into the box, which Leandro Trossard failed to convert.

Trossard fluffing his lines from close range angered Arsenal fans on social media as they made their feelings clear.

They want him sold in January and replaced with a 'better' forward.

One X user wrote: "Still sell Trossard in January, cost us vs City, Bournemouth, we win the Liverpool game if Saliba was on, we would be literally on top of the league."

A second fumed: "Trossard is finished missing an open chance is unacceptable in a team that wants to win the league. Good to see Odegaard back in the team. Martinelli my man of the match."

A third exclaimed: "I’m done with Trossard. He’s cost us 3 games this season. City, Palace, Chelsea. Stinking the place out with his attitude since the Villa game. F**k off. Out. Rotten."

A fourth said: "Sell Trossard and sign a better forward."

Another added: "Sell Trossard. Today. Please. God. What the f**k."

Trossard joined Arsenal from Brighton in January 2023 for a reported fee of £20 million.

He's made a name for himself at the Emirates as an impact substitute, but he was unable to deliver against Chelsea off the bench.

At this early stage, Arsenal find themselves nine points behind league leaders Liverpool.

Speaking after the result, Mikel Arteta felt his side 'deserved' more from the match.

"Disappointed with the result because I think we deserved more and at the same time very proud of the team," he said. "The way we played here against this opponent, in this stadium, they have battered every opponent here and obviously it wasn’t the case today. But after doing the most difficult thing, scoring the first goal, very disappointed with how we conceded the goal, nowhere near the standards, our defensive habits, how we allowed that and the moment you allow that space and time to any of their players with the quality they have you’re going to get punished, so that’s not bad luck."
