Fans will be allowed to attend the 2021 Champions League final in attendance in the stadium, according the new reports.
Games have been played in empty stadiums across Europe for the most part since the coronavirus pandemic begun last year.

But UEFA sources have told ESPN there is optimism when it comes to this season's final, scheduled for May 29 at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.
This season's competition has managed to go ahead but there have been roadblocks for some ties.
Travel restrictions saw Liverpool and Manchester City take on RB Leipzig and Borussia Monchengladbach, German outfits, in Hungary and Romania respectively.

Countries across the continent have begun the vaccination process but those numbers are still quite low.
Furthermore, some have started to place temporary bans on the AstraZeneca vaccine due to concerns over side effects.
Last season saw Bayern Munich run out 1-0 winners over Paris Saint-Germain at the Estadio da Luz in Lisbon.

Per Daily Star, a revamped tournament would let 36 teams enter through the qualifying rounds.
The current format involves six games between groups of four and a new format would be a 10-match Swiss, with all opponents open.
It means the Premier League will be given an extra slot in the competition thanks to their co-efficient.

Other countries believe extra spots should go to champions of 'middle leagues' who usually have to qualify however.
European Clubs' Association (ECA) chairman Andrea Agnelli recently discussed the changes and believes it'll be more balanced.
He begun: "I think we're very close to my ideal Champions League, I think the Swiss system is beautiful.
"I think it will provide great opportunities for those teams participating in that competition.

"It will provide the knockouts that are the essence of any competition.
"It's very, very close to an ideal Champions League. We're maybe just a couple of weeks away.
"My attention for quite a long time has been to make sure we find a solution with UEFA.
"We had fights with Alex [UEFA president, Alexander Ceferin] in the autumn months because we wanted to find the balance between continental and domestic competition. It's [about] having a balanced competitive landscape.
"If we look back in time the Champions League had four more games than it has today.
"I think the balance that we are trying to strike is one third international [European competition] and two thirds domestic.
We can take a look at the overall calendar, we have countries like England with a maximum number of games at 53, If I'm not mistaken, Germany is 43 and so is Italy.
"We do think that currently for competitive balance purposes 20 teams in leagues are too many. There is an overall element that could actually be worked out altogether in the interests of everyone."
