#JoseOut is currently trending on Twitter following Tottenham Hotspur's shock 2-1 defeat to West Ham United.

West Ham took an early lead through Michail Antonio, who touched home a Jarrod Bowen cross from close-range.

Jesse Lingard put the home side two goals ahead two minutes into the second half, despite a long VAR stoppage.

Spurs did get a goal back through Lucas Moura's header but couldn't find an equaliser.

Spurs did have their chances in the closing stages, hitting the post and the bar.

Fans were frustrated at Jose Mourinho's team selection, with Dele Alli and Gareth Bale being dropped to the bench.

Both men started in Thursday's 4-1 win over Wolfsberger in the Europa League and Bale himself got on the scoresheet.

Spurs were top of the Premier League as recently as December but have now plummeted to ninth.

Fans have reacted to the result and they think it's time for Mourinho's tenure to come to an end.
