Liverpool Fan Wants Jurgen Klopp To Resign And Sir Kenny Dalglish To Replace Him

Liverpool have lost four consecutive league games at Anfield for the first time since 1923.

A furious Liverpool fan wants Jurgen Klopp to resign and be replaced by Sir Kenny Dalglish until the end of the season.

Liverpool fell to a 2-0 defeat against bitter rivals Everton on Saturday evening and it's unlikely they retain their Premier League crown.

They sit sixth in the table and 'David' told talkSPORT he's had enough of their poor form.

He said: "When Jordan Henderson went off injured, it was all over. He's the only one who can get us firing and is playing in a position he doesn't normally play in.

"When he went off the team collapsed which is the story of our season. We collapsed at Villa, against Man City, Brighton, Burnley and Leicester, it's happening every week now.

"What I'm going to say is going to annoy some Liverpool supporters.

"It's about five years since Jurgen Klopp became manager, he's won all the trophies. I think either he should just resign or let Dalglish take over until the end of the season.

"Jurgen Klopp is making terrible substitutions, bringing on players who aren't good enough - Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Xherdan Shaqiri, Divock Origi - they're not good enough for Liverpool!

"If you're available in the summer, would you want to go to Liverpool?

"I don't see where we're going with Klopp."

Richarlison gave Everton the lead inside three minutes thanks to a great assist from James Rodriguez.

Their second goal came via a Gylfi Sigurdsson penalty, which was earned after Dominic Calvert-Lewin was tripped by Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Klopp believes his side's performance was '90 per cent positive' but defensive mistakes cost them.

"The first goal, which we have to defend better, gave the direction of the game. It was unnecessary," he told Sky Sports.

"There were plenty of good football moments so we did well from a creative point of view but we had to chase the game and were not calm enough.

"Everton defended deep and full of passion but there were still moments where we were completely free in the box but we didn't finish.

"The penalty was late and wasn't really decisive so we don't have to talk about that too much.

"We could talk about this for an hour in detail and you would realise what you were talking about would be 90 per positive but 10 per cent was not and we have to change 10 per cent because it makes the difference result wise.

"We stand here having lost 2-0. I know how important it is. We feel it deep inside. But from tomorrow on I have to use all the good stuff.

"These good situations are the guarantee that we can change it but the decisive moments we have to change as well."
