The players with the highest potential on Career Mode on FIFA 23 have been revealed and there are a slew of stars who you simply must sign.

Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe is the game's cover star yet again and is one of the highest-rated players on the game, along with the likes of Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, Kevin De Bruyne and Karim Benzema.

But Mbappe is also the player who can achieve the highest rating on Career Mode, EA Sports have revealed.

The Frenchman, still only 23, is 91 rated on the game but can go up to 95 on the popular game mode. And with his already incredible statistics improving, Mbappe will no doubt be some force.

Manchester City goal machine Erling Haaland appears to be sharing this era of greatness with Mbappe and he is able to rise to 94 from 88 on Career Mode.

Next up is Barcelona's gem Pedri, who will end up on 93 if his growth goes to plan, while Phil Foden, Vinicius Jr and Gianluigi Donnarumma can all reach 92 overall and make up an ultra talented top six.

Jude Bellingham, the future of England's midfield, has been given an 84 rated card but could be a massive 91-rated central midfielder in your side in years to come.

Compatriot Trent Alexander-Arnold is capable of breaking into the 90s if you develop him correctly, and so too are Ansu Fati, Jamal Musiala, Ansu Fati and Joao Felix among others.

Don't sleep on Gavi, fresh from signing his new contract with a €1 billion release clause at Barca, as the 18-year-old can grow to an 89 overall rating.

Here are the top 21 players for Career Mode growth:

  1. Kylian Mbappe - PSG (91 to 95)
  2. Erling Haaland - Manchester City (88 to 94)
