Tuchel will pick his squad for games against Serbia and Albania on Friday, with a big question being whether he will select Bellingham, having failed to name him in his last squad.
The 22-year-old, who was returning to full fitness after shoulder surgery, was available as Tuchel cited a footballing decision behind his reason.

The Real Madrid ace started his side's 1-0 defeat to Liverpool on Tuesday and was asked whether he would be recalled.
"It's not my call," he said on Amazon Prime. "I think you know whose call it is."
Well, Bellingham appears in line to be recalled to the England squad.
That's according to The Guardian, who claim Tuchel has decided to give Bellingham an England recall on Friday.
The star midfielder is set to return to the international fold and will add to England's options in the No.10 position.
The German boss has opted for Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers, while the likes of Eberechi Eze and Morgan Gibbs-White were named in the squad.
Cole Palmer is injured so he won't be in Friday's squad and it remains to be seen whether Phil Foden will be in Tuchel's party after being overlooked in October.

Bellingham, meanwhile, has made 10 appearances across all competitions for Real this season. He's expected to start when his team resume their La Liga campaign on Sunday against Rayo Vallecano.
He has earned 43 international caps so far and is in line to increase his tally later this month.
