England captain Harry Kane suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction that was shared on social media by his national side.
The Three Lions squad was taking part in their pre-tournament photoshoot ahead of their 2026 World Cup opener against Croatia next week.
In the video shared on social media, England stars could be seen preparing for their squad photo as they changed from their Nike training kit into their tailored Marks and Spencer suits.
The short video showcased the high spirits around the England camp as they go in search of their second World Cup triumph, but it didn't take eagle eyes from supporters to spot a hilarious wardrobe malfunction either.

In the opening seconds of the clip, Man City duo Nico O'Reilly and James Trafford walk into shot, while Bayern Munich ace Kane is getting undressed behind them.
While the focus was supposed to be on the players in the foreground, England fans couldn't help but notice that their national hero was standing in only his pants.

The image of Kane in his underwear came just hours after a transport vehicle carrying England’s training gear was raided. It is understood that football beats, analysis equipment, and tactical whiteboards were all stolen during the heist, while fans joked about whether Kane's shorts had also been stolen during the process.
One supporter posted on social media: “They’ve literally stripped the England squad bare and left Harry Kane running around in his boxers. Absolute Shambles.” While another added: “Thieves have stolen Harry Kane’s shorts in Kansas City.” Perhaps more pertinently, an England fan asked: “What admin got Harry posted up in his panties like this???”
Kane will hope for better luck when England face Croatia in their opening game of World Cup Group L on Wednesday night. The repeat of the 2018 semi-final appears to be the toughest test for Thomas Tuchel's side in the group stage, with matches against Ghana and Panama to follow.
The Three Lions defeated New Zealand and Costa Rica in their pre-tournament warm-up matches and will hope to hit the ground running in Dallas next week.
