Is Chelsea vs Wolves on TV? Channel, live stream and team news

Matchday 9 of the 2022/2023 Premier League season sees Wolves head to West London to face Chelsea.

After a poor start in the first few rounds of the campaign, Chelsea have grown in confidence over the last couple of weeks, thanks to their new manager Graham Potter coming in.

A win last week away at Crystal Palace saw the Blues slide up to 5th place, but still 8 points off the top.

The two-time Champions League winners also produced a statement performance in Europe’s elite competition in midweek, with a 3-0 win over a strong AC Milan side, and Potter will be looking to orchestrate a similar result this afternoon at Stamford Bridge.

The visitors of today’s encounter have had a sorry start to their season, and they worryingly sit in the relegation zone, after only winning one game in England’s top division so far.

Wolves head into the tie without a manager, following the sacking of Bruno Lage last week, and the fans will be hoping they can replace their old Portuguese boss soon and that their new man will turn around their lacklustre season.

Chelsea vs Wolves will take place at Stamford Bridge and will kick off this afternoon at 3pm BST.

Unfortunately for UK viewers, this game will not be televised due to the 3pm fixture broadcast blackout.

However, fans will be able to find highlights of the game on the Sky Sports Premier League YouTube Channel, or on Match of the Day at 22:30 tonight on BBC 1.

Chelsea vs Wolves Team News:

Diego Costa made his debut as a substitute against West Ham last weekend, but is now in line to start against his old club this afternoon.

However, the Wanderers are missing key men Ruben Neves and Nathan Collins, as they are both serving suspensions.

N’golo Kante still remains unavailable for selection for Chelsea, as the Frenchman’s return to fitness is being carefully managed.

The West London side will also be without big money signing Wesley Fofana, who picked up a knee injury in midweek against Milan.
