In 2005, a fresh-faced, skinheaded Harry Kane was snapped posing next to England captain David Beckham.

Kane was actually born in the same Whipps Cross Hospital where Beckham was birthed, while they both attended Chingford Foundation School and played for Ridgeway Rovers growing up.

Kane and Beckham actually met many moons ago but also seen in the picture is schoolgirl going by the name of Katie Goodland - who he now calls his wife.

He proposed to his long-term partner on a family holiday in the Bahamas in 2017 and they tied the knot in June 2019.

The couple have four children together, the most recent being baby boy Henry, who was born on August 20.

Kane has followed in the footsteps of Beckham by captaining England in two World Cup tournaments and scoring a record-breaking 61 goals for the Three Lions.

But he's further mimicked the Inter Miami owner by recreating Beckham's iconic halfway line goal against Wimbledon.

The strike is arguably the best of the former Manchester United man's career but Kane might just have come up with an even better one for Bayern Munich.

The 30-year-old produced an insane 55 yard strike from his own half in the 8-0 thrashing of Darmstadt at the Allianz Arena.

Kane bagged a hat-trick to move to 14 goals in 13 games for the Bavarians, with his second effort one of the goals of the season.

He finally left Spurs in the summer and admitted that Beckham's switch to Real Madrid in 2003 inspired him to move abroad.

Speaking to Bild via Marca, he said: "Maybe my journey here can be an inspiration for the younger English players to do the same and take that step.

“I remember David Beckham making the move from Manchester United to Real Madrid. I was a kid and I was like, 'Wow, what an amazing experience.'”
