Harry Kane took just four minutes to register his first assist for Bayern Munich as he played a delightful ball to Leroy Sane for his side's opening goal.

After making a substitute appearance against RB Leipzig in the DFL Supercup, Kane started against Werder Bremen on Friday.

And he wasted no time in making an impact as he linked up brilliantly with Sane for Bayern's opening goal.

Kane and Sane played a beautiful one-two near the centre circle, with the German winger running through on goal before slotting the ball into the back of the net.

Kane's ability to drop deep and link up with his teammates shows how versatile he is up front.

He recorded an impressive 46 assists during his prolific spell at Tottenham as he registers his first assist for his new team.

The England international then opened his goal account in the 74th minute when he tucked home a brilliant finish after being picked out by Alphonso Davies.
