Bayern Munich are keen to make a 'statement signing' this summer, with the Bundesliga giants looking at Liverpool star Sadio Mane.
That's according to Sky Germany who claim Hasan Salihamidzic met the player's agent over the weekend.
But there has been no official dialogue between the two clubs ahead of a potential blockbuster transfer.

Mane, 30, is under contract until 2023, but talks over a new deal have stalled amid Mohamed Salah's ongoing contract saga.
It's suggested the Senegalese international is unhappy that his teammate's contract talks have taken priority.
He's previously been linked with a move to Real Madrid, with just a little over a year left on his current deal.

Mane has been at Anfield for six years since his summer switch from Southampton in 2016.
He's scored 118 goals during his time at the club, winning the Premier League, EFL Cup and Champions League.
Bayern's sporting director Salihamidzic teased a huge arrival following their draw against Stuttgart.
Asked whether there would be a 'statement signing' at Bayern, he replied: "Let yourself be surprised.

"We have to see what is possible and what is not. We have creative ideas."
Talks of a big summer transfer appears to be prompted by the future of Robert Lewandowski, who has been strongly linked with a move away from Germany.
He's wanted by Barcelona, who are ready to pounce if the Polish striker fails to secure a new deal.
Advert
Lewandowski has been ultra-prolific for Bayern, so they would need a ready-made superstar to fill his void if he did leave this summer.
Mane could fit the bill having produced the goods at Liverpool.
