F1 fans have taken to social media to demand that Ferrari implement a massive change after hearing Lewis Hamilton's latest radio message during the Barcelona Grand Prix weekend.
On Sunday, the Formula One grid will lineup for the ninth race of the 2025 season, the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
Ahead of Sunday's race, championship leader Oscar Piastri claimed pole position in Saturday's qualifying session, ahead of McLaren teammate Lando Norris and reigning champion Max Verstappen.

Six months after joining Ferrari, F1 star Hamilton will start Sunday's race one place behind former Mercedes teammate George Russell in fifth, a relatively decent start given the Italian team's form in the season so far.
However, fans watching Hamilton's qualifying session have quickly pointed out a major issue in one of his radio messages and they're demanding a major change is made.

Throughout the season so far, Hamilton has appeared to have issues with new Ferrari race engineer Riccardo Adami, with the two men struggling to effectively communicate on several occasions.

Although the Brit has since come out to dismiss rumours of their relationship being strained, one moment in Saturday's qualifying highlighted just how much the men appear to struggling to work together.
During one of his qualifying laps, Adami asked his driver to shift the car into downshift to check if it was working and, if not, to come into the pits for it to be repaired.
Hamilton replied, telling him that he had already checked the downshift and it was fine but the two continued to go back and forth arguing about it as Adami continued to ask Hamilton to come into the pits so they could double check
Eventually, a frustrated Hamilton said: "I can do the start dude, it's fine."
And it appears that Hamilton isn't the only one who is frustrated with Adami, as fans have taken to social media to demand that Ferrari replaces him.

Reacting to the moment on X, one fan wrote: "Week after week the same communication issues…"
While one added: "Not sure why Lewis is publicly saying everything is fine. This is awful communication between the two of them."
One claimed:"They actually need a new engineer for LH."
And one fan suggested a reunion with former Mercedes race engineer Peter Bonnington, writing: "He needs bono or someone else, the relationship ain’t the best."
