Jeremy Clarkson's post about Charles Leclerc has gone viral amid his race-ending Dutch Grand Prix crash.
Leclerc overtook Russell for fifth place shortly after a safety car restart at Zandvoort.
The safety car had been deployed after his team-mate Lewis Hamilton suffered a race-ending crash.
The Monegasque driver was initially less than happy upon the safety car being brought out, as he had pitted a lap earlier than his rivals around him and therefore lost track position.

Upon the restart, Leclerc was quick to dispatch Russell, but the nature of his move resulted in him being placed under investigation by the stewards.
Leclerc went up the inside of Russell in the second part of the sector three chicane, but hit the left sidepod of the Mercedes with his front wing.
The Ferrari driver got the move done but was placed under investigation, before subsequently being cleared.

Clarkson, though, didn't appear to share the FIA's initial view that the move deserved to be scrutinised.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote: "Leclerc. Holy s**t. That's proper racing."
He then described it as 'THE overtake' of the 2025 season, and added in a separate reply to a fan: "That was pure Gilles [Villeneuve, former Ferrari driver]. So cool."

Leclerc would subsequently be forced to retire from the Grand Prix after Russell's team-mate Kimi Antonelli hit him at the turn three banking - the same corner in which Hamilton had his accident.
Antonelli would be given a 10-second time penalty by the stewards to be served either during or after the race.
