Alpine have released a statement after driver Franco Colapinto was involved in an accident during testing.
During last weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix, Argentine youngster Colapinto had a weekend to forget as he struggled to impress.
The 22-year-old, who replaced Jack Doohan earlier in the season, finished in 18th place, ahead of teammate Pierre Gasly.
On Wednesday, Alpine released a statement confirming that Colapinto was involved in an accident during Pirelli Tyre Testing at the Hungaroring.

With no Grand Prix taking place until the end of August, a number of teams are currently doing tests in preparation for the 2026 campaign.
Aside from Colapinto, the likes of Lando Norris, Liam Lawson and Alpine reserve driver Paul Aron have also taken part in testing this week.
According to F1 Oversteer, teams such as Alpine, McLaren and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls used modified cars to help Pirelli simulate the loads that the 2026 regulations are due to generate.
The 2026 tyres are set to be 25mm narrower at the front and 30mm narrower at the rear.

It has been claimed that Norris clocked a time that was 0.646 seconds faster than the best race lap he produced en route to winning last weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
However, the Brit's time was beaten by Aron's personal-best time of a 1:18.789.
In addition, Norris' best testing time of 1:19.272 was more than three seconds slower than what he managed during Q3 last Saturday.
F1 will return at the end of the month with the Dutch Grand Prix, which will take place at the Circuit Zandvoort.
