Cameron Menzies could face punishment after he repeatedly punched his water table following his first round defeat at the World Darts Championship.
The Scot, who was seeded 28th for the tournament, was defeated 3-2 in sets by debutant Charlie Manby on Monday afternoon.
Menzies put his hands over his head while standing behind the oche as Manby threw what proved to be the winning shot.
As his opponent was celebrating, he then walked towards his table before punching it three times in frustration.

He subsequently shook hands with Manby and lifted up his hand in apology to the fans in attendance at Alexandra Palace, who loudly booed him after the incident.
Images showed a significant amount of blood on his right hand.
Menzies later released a statement of apology over the incident, adding that he has 'had a lot of things on my mind recently' including the recent death of his uncle, Gary.
He said: "I saw him four days before he died and he gave a look which told how much he thought of me. He treated my like a son.
"Had I won the game against Charlie, my second match would have been on the day of Gary's funeral and that has not been lost on me in recent days.
"Let me say again, that's no excuse for what I did on the stage. It was the wrong thing to do and I don't want it to take anything away from Charlie. He played well and deserved the win."

Menzies could face punishment for his actions from the Dart Regulation Authority, which adjudicates disciplinary matters in the PDC.
Rule 3.1 of the DRA Regulations reads that 'no player or other person bound by these rules shall make or cause to be made any statement or commit or cause to be committed any act which in the reasonable view of the DRA is likely to bring into disrepute the sport of Darts'.
Rule 3.3 may also apply, which reads: "Players shall, at all times (i.e.: whether at a darts event or not), behave in a proper and correct manner consistent with their status as professional sportsmen."
Between 2020 and 2023, the DRA published its full list of sanctions for that time period - though there is very little precedent in terms of any sanction that Menzies could receive.
In 2022, darts player Paul Brown was fined £500 for 'inappropriate behaviour', while Canada's Matt Campbell - who is playing at the World Championship this year - was fined £1,000 and given a three-month suspended ban for the same offence during a Players Championship event.
Menzies, however, will not receive immediate punishment for his actions.
The PDC have told Sky Sports that they will not be making any 'immediate announcement' on potential fines or disciplinary action against the Scot.
