Manchester City will go head-to-head against Steve Cooper’s men in their upcoming Premier League game on Wednesday evening.

The Premier League champions proved their growing reputation as comeback kings after coming back from two goals down to beat Crystal Palace 4-2 at the weekend.

Erling Haaland stole the show once again, scoring his first hat-trick in City colours after Bernardo Silva kickstarted the fightback with a deflected effort that found the net in the 53rd minute.

As City get ready to lock horns against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night, the hosts’ sights will be set on maintaining their winning start to the season at the Etihad Stadium.

However, the Premier League champions could again miss England duo Kalvin Phillips and Jack Grealish - who were unavailable for Saturday's triumph over Crystal Palace.

Forest will be eyeing an upset at the home of the English champions and would take encouragement from how Newcastle and Palace have caused Pep Guardiola’s side a world of problems in recent weeks.

The Reds suffered a 2-0 defeat against Tottenham at the weekend, with Harry Kane grabbing a fine brace.
