The Coach Deontay Wilder Sacked Posts Cryptic Video In Response To Tyson Fury Defeat

Mark Breland has posted a cryptic video in response to Deontay Wilder's crushing defeat to Tyson Fury.

Wilder controversially sacked Breland after he threw in the towel to stop the rematch against Fury last year.

The undefeated Brit scored a big win in February 2020 and recorded another scalp over his rival in their trilogy bout on Saturday.

The 'Gypsy King' stopped 'The Bronze Bomber' in the 11th round to defend his WBC world heavyweight title in Las Vegas.

Wilder's former coach has since shared his thoughts on the heavyweight clash, appearing to show his former pupil how to box on the backfoot.

Breland uploaded a clip of himself in a ring, shadow boxing on the backfoot - with fight fans believing he is showing how the 35-year-old should have boxed against Fury.

"Great fight," he wrote, accompanied with the clip.

Breland's post got boxing fans talking online.

One wrote: "Twice his age and he still moves better then Wilder."

A second tweeted: "Showing Wilder how to move out the way of Fury's shots..."

A third added: "A display of how to box on the back foot?"

Another commented: "How to fight on your back foot 101."

Speaking after his second professional defeat of his career, Wilder said he did his best and conceded that he didn't do enough to beat Fury.

"I did my best, but it wasn't good enough tonight. I'm not sure what happened," he said post-fight.

"I know that in training he did certain things, and I also knew that he didn't come in at 277 pounds to be a ballet dancer.

"He came to lean on me, try to rough me up and he succeeded."
