A key update has dropped on Anthony Joshua regarding his professional career and it comes just days after Eddie Hearn spoke out about a super-fight against Tyson Fury.
Joshua returned to the win column by stopping Jake Paul in their money-spinning showdown in Miami last December.
After bouncing back from his knockout defeat to Daniel Dubois, 'AJ' was involved in a fatal car crash that killed two of his close pals and team members Sina Ghami and Lateef 'Latz' Ayodele.
The horrific accident halted Joshua's plans for 2026, which tentatively included an all-British showdown against Fury, who is set to resume his career in April.

But a report emerged claiming Fury vs. Joshua has been 'signed'.

Matchroom chief Hearn denied claims Joshua has 'signed' a deal to fight Fury, revealing there were 'deep conversations' prior to the accident.
But it seems the 36-year-old is in line to return to action after images of him in training camp surfaced online.
Pictures of Joshua going through his paces under the watchful eye of Iegor Golub, who is a part of Team Oleksandr Usyk, emerged online, fuelling speculation that he will lace up a pair of gloves again following the tragic crash in Nigeria.

The original plan was for Joshua to return in February/March against kick-boxing legend Rico Verhoeven, who is set to face Usyk in May.
A summer date appears to be in the works following Hearn's previous comments.
Eddie Hearn: 'There is nothing agreed'
The Fury vs. Joshua report excited the boxing world, but Hearn dismissed Gareth A Davies' claim, stating 'there is absolutely nothing' signed with his prized asset.
On reports claiming Fury vs. Joshua is agreed, the British promoter said: "There is absolutely nothing signed with Anthony Joshua to fight Tyson Fury next. There is nothing agreed."
However, there were 'deep conversations' prior to the accident.
"There have been conversations - deep conversations prior to the accident - that he was going to fight Jake Paul, then fight in February or March in Saudi Arabia, then fight Tyson Fury," he admitted.
"Then obviously the accident happened."
But Hearn has revealed they are in talks with Saudi Arabia's main players, including Sela, over a plan for this year.
"There have been no conversations really about that fight," he said.
"Other than in the last few days, conversations with Dr. Rakan [Alharthy], Sela, about starting to think about revisiting the plan."
