Boxing fans have made their feelings clear after Jake Paul and Mike Tyson went the distance over eight rounds.

Paul won the fight via unanimous decision as Tyson started by winning the first two rounds but grew increasingly more weary as the bout went beyond its second round onwards.

'Iron Mike' took the first two rounds on the unofficial scorecards, but ultimately could not carry that forward as his age began to show.

Tyson landed just 18 punches compared to Paul's 78, with Paul throwing nearly three times more punches.

Paul and Tyson were scheduled to fight eight two-minute rounds in what was a professional bout.

Both fighters had vastly different ring walks, with Paul riding a modified green Chevrolet alongside his brother Logan and members of his team.

Tyson, meanwhile, marched to the ring as he made his final preparations for his first professional fight in 19 years.

'Iron Mike' looked to get out of the blocks quickly and aimed several rapid punches at Paul, but both fighters connected with solid shots in the first round.

Tyson then bit his gloves in the second round as a throwback to the 'Iron Mike' of old - and he was awarded the opening two rounds on the unofficial scorecards.

But the 58-year-old became weary in the third as Paul took control and landed several heavy shots to Tyson's head and body, which unbalanced him.

Tyson was breathing heavily in the corner in preparation for the fourth round, but got through the next two minutes.

The rest of the fight followed a similar pattern, with Tyson's body severely affected as the bout wore on.

But Paul was unable to find the knockout blow, meaning both fighters went the distance over the eight rounds in Texas.

And fans were all in agreement as they watched the fight - and Tyson's condition - develop.

One wrote: "This fight is so sad to watch. Tyson looks crazy."

A second said: "Jake Paul has no shame. Mike Tyson don't need to be doing this."

A third stated: "This is sad man, you can clearly see Mike Tyson's legs just don't work anymore."

A fourth agreed: "Joke this, Tyson's legs are not there."

And a fifth opined: "This Tyson/Paul fight is honestly sad, man. Mike looks terrible. Those little shakes are very concerning."
