Logan Paul Explains Why He Tried to Snatch Anthony Joshua's Chain After Fight

Logan Paul almost started a brawl after he tried to snatch Anthony Joshua's chain.

Logan Paul has explained why he tried to snatch Anthony Joshua's chain following the Jake Paul fight.

Joshua scored a devastating sixth-round victory over Jake in their professional heavyweight fight on Friday.

He landed a thunderous right-hand that crumbled his opponent to the canvas.

Jake, who broke his jaw from the shot, failed to beat the count as the referee waved off the contest, with Eddie Hearn delivering a disturbing update on the fighter's nasty injury.

In the immediate aftermath of the fight result, members from Team Paul and Team Joshua entered the ring, including Jake's older brother Logan.

After the fight, a video emerged of a member from Team Joshua clashing with Logan, who tried to snatch the former world heavyweight champion's chain that was gifted to him by Polymarket, which is said to be worth around £370,000.

Logan was unsuccessful in his attempts but almost caused a brawl in the ring when a member of Team Joshua went after him.

Security intervened after the WWE superstar was confronted for attempting to snatch Joshua's chain.

Speaking to DAZN News, Logan has revealed that he tried to steal Joshua's chain because the Brit 'snatched' Jake's jaw.

"He snatched my brother's jaw, I snatch your chain," he said. "It's a Polymarket chain. Did you see it? Did you see that thing?

"Like a half-million-dollar chain. You snatched my brother's jaw. I snatch your chain. Except, I couldn't get it off. I texted the Polymarket guys. I'm like, 'Dude, this a high-quality chain. I couldn't get it off'.

"One of Anthony Joshua's guys bit me. Then my security then threw him out of the way. It was a whole thing."

Jake Paul's mum hits out at Eddie Hearn after Anthony Joshua fight

But they ultimately saw their guy get destroyed by the 36-year-old, who ended their Netflix bout in brutal fashion.

Jake's mum, Pam Stepnick, was unhappy with how Hearn acted after her son was knocked out.

Asked what it was like for her to see Jake come up against Joshua, she replied: "What it's always like. Nerve-racking. My aggression comes out too.

"I want to get in that ring and punch Eddie Hearn for instance. I don't like his smug face. He literally thinks he's better than everybody in the world," she added.

"Jake is over there, struggling, and he's sitting over there smiling like the cat who swallowed the canary. Guess what, did he f**king get in the ring?"

Asked if she thought Hearn was happy to see what happened to Paul, Stepnick said: "Of course. And that's sickening to me. It's sick. I don't like it. Even Anthony Joshua had some class and came over and apologised to me essentially.

"He worked his way through the crowd and came up to me and said, 'Mom, it's just boxing. It's just the fight game'."
