KSI has posted a lengthy video on social media after it was announced that Andrew Tate would be replacing him as CEO of Misfits Boxing.

KSI co-founded Misfits in 2022, stating that it would host the world's biggest celebrity boxing matches.

He main-evented the first Misfits show at the O2 Arena against Luis Alcaraz Pineda.

The likes of Logan Paul, Astrid Wett, Elle Brooke and KSI's brother Deji have all competed on Misfits cards.

And Misfits has increasingly been able to attract either current or professional boxers and mixed martial fighters, including Tommy Fury, Dillon Danis, Darren Till and Paige VanZant.

Their next event, scheduled for December 20, will see former MMA fighter and kickboxer Andrew Tate main event against professional boxer and former 'Too Hot to Handle' star Chase DeMoor.

Tate and his brother, Tristan, are facing charges of human trafficking, including trafficking of minors, in Romania, while Andrew is facing allegations of rape. The pair deny all the allegations against them.

Romanian authorities authorised a travel ban for the pair, which was lifted back in February.

In the UK, Tate has been accused of sexual violence by four women in the time period between 2013 and 2015. The women are sueing the 38-year-old, who denies the allegations, in a civil court.

The UK's Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) stated in May that the legal test to bring further criminal charges against Tate had not been met.

Tate took to social media on Friday to confirm that KSI's manager and Misfits co-founder Mams Taylor had appointed him to the role of CEO, replacing KSI.

KSI posted a series of tweets in response, writing: "WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K IS GOING ON? This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life. Let's make ANDREW TATE THE CEO OF MISFITS?!? ARE YOU F**KING SERIOUS?!?"

The YouTube star has now posted a lengthy video to Twitter, in which he addressed his life in general and his recent return to YouTube.

In the eight-minute footage, he says: "I think for the first time in a long time, I've got that spark again. The last time I had that spark was when I fought Temper, as in FaZe Temper.

"That was the last time I had that spark. Since then, I've just been all over the place. I feel like I haven't been happy, or I've just been stagnant, or I haven't really progressed, if that makes sense.

"I think after I lost to Tommy Fury, that's when I was really sad. I think I stayed strong, I don't think I showed my emotions, but people close to me knew how devastated I was, and how lost I was. At the end of 2024, I said 2025 was going to be my year."

He laughed: "Look at how that turned out!

"I was confused. I imagine my audience was confused. I wasn't putting out any music, wasn't doing any fights. I was just doing Sidemen, and that was it. And at the beginning of the year, I wasn't even doing Sidemen.

"Then I came back home, to where it all started, doing my YouTube. And I felt like I had to just figure myself out again.

"It's crazy, these past few months, I think it was June, July when I properly started doing YouTube again. Like I used to back in the day, man, 2012, 2013, 2014, so many people were fans of me throughout my whole YouTube era. And then I stopped, and did my music, my boxing or whatever.

"So then to come back to YouTube ... it's crazy. I feel like I've got my spark back. I feel like, creatively, I'm vibrant again. I feel like I've come out with sick ideas.

"I don't want to list every single person [who has supported me] because I'm going to miss some out, but they know. It's just been sick to come back and YouTube and just enjoy it.

"I'm not even making a profit off my videos anymore. But it doesn't matter. I'm just enjoying it, I'm just having fun. It's been so long since I just had fun doing something. It's always been stressful for me, with all the things I've been doing previously, always super stressful.

"I'm loving YouTube again. I'm loving making content. Whether it's my channel, Sidemen, Beta Squad ... I'm just collaborating.

"This is what I used to do back in the day, I'd collab with people left, right and centre. Calfreezy. I'd just be making content.

"I know there's a lot of noise all around me. But I want you to just see what I see. I'm very happy right now. I feel like things are going really, really well. And I want it to continue.

"For those of you that have been watching me for a long time, supporting me, been through all my rollercoasters ... I've figured out what makes me, me, what makes me happy. Next year, I'm just gonna be 100 per cent back, actually making progress again.

"I just had a bit of time in this hotel room in Miami and I was just thinking, 'Damn, I'm actually just happy'. It's been so long to say that, it's been so long."
