KSI tried to make Tommy Fury flinch during face-off but failed spectacularly

KSI failed in his attempts to make Tommy Fury flinch during the latter stages of their heated face-off – and it made for entertaining viewing.

We are just a matter of weeks away from KSI vs Tommy Fury at the AO Arena in Manchester as YouTube-turned-boxer Olajide Olatunji, who is affectionately known as JJ, looks to pull of an almighty upset.

The underdog is certainly confident about his chances against the undefeated Fury. In fact, after Tommy posted footage from a recent training session which featured some shadowboxing, KSI made his feelings clear.

“If this is his training, then I’m gonna absolutely destroy him this October,” he said on Twitter alongside several crying laughing emojis.

Both men will come face-to-face at a press conference at London’s Wembley Arena on Tuesday but before that, the pair took part in a 16-minute face-off on the DAZN Boxing YouTube channel.

As you can see from the footage above, verbal blows were exchanged on a regular basis, and after a chat that included a huge claim about Deontay Wilder, KSI tried to get one over on his opponent.

In the final moments of the face-off, Olatunji attempted to make Fury flinch with his yellow Prime bottle.

But the brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury laughed it off. "What was that about?" he said. "There's no flinching from me mate."

Fury added: "Don't worry I've got a rock solid metal [bottle] here. And a lot more power behind my throw as well. And there's no flinching there. I hope your feints are a lot better because that was s**t."

KSI simply replied: "We'll see."

Fury, who is unbeaten in professional boxing with 33 wins and a draw to his name, also claimed that KSI does not know boxing ahead of their bout next month.

The 24-year-old said: "You're telling me you hit harder than the best fighter in the world, Tyson Fury?

KSI responded: "I hit harder than Jake Paul."

But Fury interjected, saying: "No, I'm talking about Tyson, because I've been getting hit off Tyson my whole life, so what makes you think that you can do similar to me?"

KSI hit back: "Tyson doesn't hit hard like people like Wilder and s*** like that. How many times did Wilder drop him?"

And in response, Fury said: "Guys, guys, who knocked out Wilder? Tyson knocked him out. This is what this proves about boxing. You don't know boxing."

The pair will come up against each other on Saturday, October 14 following a co-main event clash between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis.
