Tyson Fury’s father, John, eats the same meal three times a day, which he claims keeps him “fit as a fiddle” at 60 years old.
The Fury family are certainly one of boxing’s most revered, with Tyson and Tommy both forging careers in the sport.
Tyson is by far the most successful, having enjoyed being a unified world heavyweight champion across two spells.
Meanwhile, Tommy has also risen to fame in recent years - partly due to appearing on Love Island in 2019 – and has fought and beaten both KSI and Jake Paul.

John, who was also a professional boxer from 1987 to 1995, is well-known due to his eccentric personality and press conference antics.
Despite his sons being multi-millionaires, the 60-year-old has stayed true to his traveller roots and owns several caravans while often talking about living a modest life.

John has also been spotted keeping fit during Tyson’s training camps and supposedly consumes the same meal three times per day.

In a recent social media video, John revealed that he eats the questionable meal for “breakfast, dinner, and tea”.
“That's my casserole dish, it's been well used as you can see,” John began in the video.
“I’m into my fourth day with this one bowl.
“It's consisting of lamb hearts, liver, pickled ox tongue, broccoli, barley, red cabbage, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, all of the vegetables - you name it.”

The 60-year-old admitted that the meal is “not for the faint-hearted” before claiming that it tastes even better the older it is.
“They're done in boiled water,” he added. “No salt, just black pepper and turmeric, and there it is served up on a plate ready for eating.”
Ahead of Tyson’s December 2020 fight against Deontay Wilder, John featured in a video alongside his son during the self-proclaimed Gypsy King’s training camp and jokingly branded himself a “fat b******” but also stressed that he was still “fit as a fiddle” before continuing to explain that he was now “reaping the rewards” for looking after himself throughout his life.

Tommy, who has boxed since he was just 12 years old, is also an avid fitness enthusiast and combines strength and cardio workouts during and outside of training camps.
The 26-year-old spoke about being inspired by his dad’s love for fitness during an interview with Men’s Health earlier this year.
"I can remember being outside with my dad as a lad doing a weights circuit with him, following him around,” Tommy said.
“ I used to follow him on runs, too. I basically looked at my dad and thought, 'Right, if that's what he does, I need to do the same’.

“When I got older, I started training with him.”
