Cristiano Ronaldo was doing the 'weirdest thing' while partying with Conor McGregor

Cristiano Ronaldo partied with Conor McGregor back in 2016.

Cristiano Ronaldo was doing the 'weirdest thing' while partying with Conor McGregor, hilariously claims Dillon Danis.

Ronaldo and McGregor sat next to each other at the blockbuster 'Day of Reckoning' card in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, last weekend.

Deontay Wilder suffered a shock defeat to Joseph Parker, who launched a brutal attack in the eighth round of their heavyweight bout.

Anthony Joshua stopped Otto Wallin as he delivered a masterful showing to record his third win in a row following his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk.

During the event, McGregor left fight fans unimpressed with his interview as he called out boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.

He also appeared to frustrate Ronaldo, who had a priceless reaction during the UFC star's passionate rant.

McGregor and Ronaldo's friendship goes back a few years as they partied together in 2016.

The pair of sporting megastars went out for J-Lo's party at Las Vegas' Caesar's Palace.

And, according to Danis, who was also present on the night, Ronaldo was doing the 'weirdest thing'.

"I know this is a funny story but I went out with Ronaldo once," revealed Danis. "And the only thing he does is t**ty twisters. He loves that I know, it’s the weirdest thing.

"I love Ronaldo he’s the greatest dude... it’s like he’s just like a bro."

Ronaldo and McGregor have since both taken to social media following their bizarre interaction last weekend.

Posting a picture of the pair laughing, the Al Nassr superstar wrote: “Best caption wins!”

As for the UFC fighter, he posted a picture of himself ringside at the boxing event along with Ronaldo and Saudi Arabia official Alalshikh, accompanied with the caption: "Legendary evening of Boxing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia! BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS COMING. @turkialalshik @cristiano."
