Carl Froch has absolutely slammed both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson following the announcement they would be fighting each other in July this year.
The news took the combat sports world by storm when the fight was announced last week, with one of the more notable details being the involvement of Netflix which will show the event live.
This will be the first combat sports event Netflix has ever streamed, and only the third overall sporting event the streaming giant has shown.
Netflix's foray into sports hasn't really come as a surprise given the huge success they've had with their multiple 'fly on the wall' sports documentaries such as Drive to Survive and Break Point.

The news of the fight has had a very mixed reception from those in the boxing industry with many calling out the huge age difference between the fighters, which will be 31 years on fight night.
Former professional boxer Carl Foch is one of the many big names to strongly oppose the event.
Speaking via Boxing Scene, Foch pulled no punches when delivering his damning verdict.
“That clown, f****** Jake Paul, fighting Mike Tyson. I’m gonna go on my [Froch On Fighting YouTube] channel and absolutely hammer Jake Paul very soon. Which I’ve done a few times. I’m gonna really hammer him," The 46-year-old Brit revealed.

Foch retired in with a very respectable professional record of 33-2, so his opinion certainly carries some weight in the industry. Foch also went on to heavily criticise Paul's opponent, Tyson, questioning whether the decision to accept the fight was necessary.
“I’m also gonna give Mike Tyson a bit of stick. He’s always such a big name he’ll always be able to earn his own money, Mike Tyson – he doesn’t need to jump in with Jake Paul," Foch said.
The former super-middleweight also made a rather damning prediction for the fight: “And he’ll lose the fight, whether he means to lose or whether he actually gets beaten by someone 25, 26 years old – he’s nearly 60.”
