Without getting too carried away, George Kambosos Jr’s boxing match against Devin Haney is perhaps the biggest combat sports event involving an Aussie we’ve seen in recent years.

And how lucky are we because it’s all going down on Australian shores too.

Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium will play host to the bout which will ultimately decide who will become the first undisputed lightweight champion in the four-belt era.

Making this match-up all the more fascinating is the fact that these two, both vying for a place in boxing’s history books, are undefeated inside the ring.

Haney has landed Down Under with the hope of jetting home to America with a couple of extra belts wrapped around his waist.

Meanwhile, the giant-killing hometown hero has got his sights set on sending the passionate partisan crowd inside that 56,000-capacity arena into meltdown by upsetting the odds once again.

What is it they say? “Someone’s 0 has got to go?” Well, with FOUR belts on the line, there’s a lot more at stake here than just keeping an unbeaten run intact.

This one has got all the ingredients for an absolute blockbuster.

Here’s EVERYTHING you need to know…

I GOTTA SEE THIS! WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?!

The event will take place on Sunday, June 5 in Australia.

The first bout on the card is scheduled for 10am, while the main event of Kambosos Jr vs Haney is due to kick off at around 2pm.

With boxing having such a large international audience, the clash will take place on Sunday afternoon (local Australian time) to allow for a Saturday night primetime broadcast over in the United States.

OI, WHERE IS THE BOUT TAKING PLACE?

Melbourne's Marvel Stadium will play host to the fight.

The 56,000-seater arena is considered one of the very best stadiums Down Under.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Docklands area, expect the atmosphere to be pumping and the streets to be flooded with fans when Kambosos Jr gets his hand raised.

HOW CAN I WATCH IT?

For those of you wanting to watch the fight from the comfort of your lounge rooms with an ice-cold beverage in your hand, you can purchase the pay-per-view through Main Event on Kayo Sports for $59.99. No Kayo subscription is needed to purchase the fight.

If you plan on attending the historic event, you can get tickets HERE through Ticketek.

SEEMS PRETTY BIG, WHAT BELTS ARE ON OFFER?

Simple answer? All of them.

Kambosos Jr is currently the WBC Franchise, WBO, WBA, IBF and The Ring lightweight champion of the world.

As for Haney, he’s the WBC champ.

So when that first bell rings under the bright lights of Marvel Stadium, that will signify that every single strap in the 135-pound division is now up for grabs.

WAIT, HOW GOOD ARE THESE TWO BLOKES?

George Kambosos Jr (aged 28): 20 wins, 10 KOs, zero losses

Devin Haney (aged 23): 27 wins, 15 Kos, zero losses

WHAT ARE THE BOOKIES SAYIN’?

Despite his impressive showing to capture the titles against Teofimo Lopez, Kambosos Jr is still the underdog going into the bout.

Under Sportsbet’s current odds, Haney is paying $1.56 to win, Kambosos Jr is paying $3.75 for a victory, while a draw will earn punters $17.

THE MAIN EVENT IS HUGE, WHO IS ON THE REST OF THE FIGHT CARD?

George Kambosos Jnr vs. Devin Haney for Kambosos Jr’s WBO, WBA, IBF, WBC Franchise and Ring Magazine belts, Haney’s WBC title

Jason Moloney vs. Aston Palicte for the vacant WBO International bantamweight title
