John Fury Genuinely Squared Up To Jake Paul While He Was On A TV Monitor

There is a lot to dissect from the recent virtual press conference between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul.

First of all, Tommy's dad John Fury absolutely losing his head and producing one of the crudest lines in boxing history about Paul's girlfriend.

Honestly still can't believe he actually said that.

Secondly, how John genuinely tried to square up to the TV monitor where Paul was attending the press conference from via video link.

Yes, the big fella really stood up out of his seat and looked like he was going to have a swing at the television screen when Paul started trash-talking him.

"Shut up schoolboy and speak when you're spoken to," John said to Paul who was live crossing from the comfort of his backyard pool.

Paul replied by telling the Fury camp to shut up adding that big John was only upset because he's banned from travelling to the United States.

This clearly hit a nerve in Tommy and Tyson's dad who fired right back.

"Shut up! You're with the big dogs now puppy, before you get bit," John said.

You could see that he was getting visibly wound up by the second, rocking forward on his stool and staring at the TV monitor.

But as Paul began talking again, John suddenly leapt up out of his seat with his fists clenched and squared up to the screen where Paul's head was.

Perhaps the funniest part of the entire ordeal was that the interviewer sitting alongside Tommy put his arm out as if to try and restrain John from landing a killer blow on Paul who happened to be lounging in the sun a million miles away.

Just as the tense atmosphere had calmed down a tad, it well and truly descended into chaos when John delivered the one-liner which was heard around the world.

"Now you're swearing now? You know, when Tommy knocks you out, he's gonna bend your girlfriend over and do her like a dog," he said.

Tommy's head-in-hands reaction said it all.

"You're cringe as f**k," Paul simply replied.

At first, it was all fun and games, but the comment really turned things upside-down.

Either way, once all this talk is done and dusted, the two boxers will finally get the chance to settle their differences inside the ring.

Paul and Fury are due to lock horns on December 18 with millions expected to tune in.
