A number of players have been considered injury doubts for Arsenal's trip to Old Trafford on Sunday.

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal will be travelling to Manchester to take on fierce rivals, Manchester United.

The Gunners are looking to extend their winning start to the season, after taking 15 points from the first 15 available.

Erik Ten Hag's revitalised Manchester United will be a tough challenge however, winning their last three games, including a game against Liverpool.

Arsenal will be without Thomas Partey, Mohamed Elneny and Reiss Nelson, with the three dealing with injuries.

Martin Odegaard trudged off against Aston Villa in mid-week after taking a heavy challenge on the ankle from John McGinn.

Aaron Ramsdale also went down in the game, feeling his hamstring.

The goalkeeper finished the game but Mikel Arteta admitted his concern.

Speaking on Friday, the Spaniard said the following:

"Those two [Ramsdale and Odegaard] are being assessed, we will see more tomorrow.

"Hopefully they will be able to train with the team."

Thankfully for Arsenal fans, the two appear to be available.

Samuel Luckhurst of the Manchester Evening News confirmed the two had travelled to Manchester for the game.

This doesn't necessarily guarantee either player will start the game, but Arsenal fans will be encouraged that they have travelled.

Oleksandr Zinchenko was also a doubt.

The Ukrainian missed Arsenal's games against Fulham and Aston Villa with a knee issue.

Speaking to media, Arteta said:

"Unfortunately with Alex [Zinchenko] that’s still not the case, he missed two games and has not been able to train with the team yet."

However, despite the manager's doubt, the defender has also travelled to Manchester, according to Samuel Luckhurst.

Arsenal will be hoping to collect their sixth win of the season on Sunday, as they look to make a statement about their intentions.
