Wesley Fofana has outlined his dreams and goals after joining Chelsea on a seven-year contract from Leicester City.
The 21-year-old completed his signing on Wednesday afternoon as Thomas Tuchel sealed his seventh first-team signing of the summer.
Chelsea will pay a fee around £70 million plus add-ons for the France international, bringing their total spend to in excess of £200 million following the big-money signings of Raheem Sterling and Marc Cucurella among other additions.
Fofana trained with his Chelsea teammates for the first time on Wednesday and will be itching to make his Blues debut on Saturday when they host West Ham.
But before that, the central defender spoke of his delight at joining Chelsea and his hopes of emulating the club greats in west London after signing a seven-year deal.

“The two last days have been really big days for me and I’m very happy. I trained this morning with the team and it’s a dream for me. I’m very excited to start playing games for the fans and the club,” he told the official Chelsea website.
“I’m here to win trophies – the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, everything. I came here to win and the club is built to win trophies so I’m here to continue that.”
On Reece James and speaking to Chelsea players before signing
“I speak with Reece James and Edouard Mendy on Instagram, Cucurella, every player, not just one,” he said while touring Stamford Bridge.
“Reece James messaged me on Instagram one month ago: 'You come and play with me at right-back?' I like this, it's good for my confidence. He's my guy now."
On achieving big things at Chelsea
“I’m very excited to be here, to play for Chelsea. It’s a very, very good day for me.
“I am a very big fan of Drogba. I watch every game and I remember the Champions League final. Kante, I love the personality of the guy, nice guy.
“I hope to be like the legends: Desailly, Makelele. I hope in 20 years, maybe, I will have my own (banner).
“I give everything because I love this club, it’s my dream, and I give everything on the pitch, for the fans.”

Fofana took to Instagram to pen a letter of goodbye to the Foxes.
