Chelsea face AC Milan in the Champions League and the confirmed team news is in from Stamford Bridge.

Graham Potter is under pressure to deliver a win on Wednesday night in the capital as Chelsea sit bottom of Group E.

Chelsea host the Rossoneri, who are top of the group, and a defeat will put the Blues on the brink of an exit and needing a huge final three games if they want to have any chance of progressing into the knockout stages.

Potter, 47, knows his Chelsea side will need to be ready to face a ‘top’ Milan side who are the current Serie A champions.

He said ahead of the game: "That's what we will try for (three points). We are playing against a top opponent so we will have to play well.

"We are playing against a top team, as were Salzburg, with how competitive they were. Every game is different. We are looking forward to the game. It's a massive and exciting challenge. We have to be really, really good to get a result."
