A livid Kelly Osbourne has slammed WWE superstar Becky Lynch after she made a comment about her late father Ozzy on Raw.
The latest episode emanated from the bp Pulse LIVE venue in Birmingham, home of rock legend Ozzy.
Women's Intercontinental champion Lynch directed a number of cheap pops at the city by mocking both Aston Villa and Birmingham City.
But she went a step further with a line about one of Birmingham's most sons, who died on July 22 - just two weeks after Black Sabbath's final show.
Lynch, who has been one of the top female heels since returning to WWE at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, responded to rival Nikki Bella teasing her into a match on Monday by putting down Ozzy.
“You can have your match but at Clash in Paris because I’m not wrestling in Birmingham," she said.
"The only good thing that came out of here died a month ago. But in fairness to Ozzy Osbourne, he had the good sense to move to LA, a proper city. Because if I lived in Birmingham, I’d die too.”
The line from the promo was met with collective gasps from the fans in attendance and though it was part of the show and a character played by Lynch, his daughter Kelly was not happy and took to Instagram to vent.
"You are a disrespectful dirtbag. Birmingham would not piss on you if you were on fire. Birminghamforever shame on the @WWE for allowing such things to be said about my father and his home!"

He guest hosted an episode of Raw with wife Sharon in 2009 and was a celebrity inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021.
Lynch has not yet responded to backlash about her remark and remains focused on the next defence of her Intercontinental title, which comes in the French capital on Sunday when she faces off against Bella at the Paris La Defense Arena.
