WWE legend The Undertaker stepped in to usher a shark away after his wife spotted one whilst enjoying a day out at the beach.

The Undertaker, whose real name is Mark Calaway and his fellow professional wrestler wife, Michelle McCool-Calaway were enjoying some relaxing time whilst on holiday.

However, McCool-Calaway then spotted a shark near the beach and instantly called her husband to rescue her. You can watch the footage below.

As the video shows, the shark was seen swimming around in the clear water whilst the WWE great stood in the water and watched over it.

The shark in the video is believed to be a nurse shark, which is not harmful to humans.

McCool-Calaway wrote on social media: “I was simply enjoying a book on the beach when this ‘vegetation’ looked a lot like a shark….. so I text hubby @undertaker kinda digging that last picture …A LOT #myprotector.”

She went on to explain: “OK, I text my husband because… this guy right here. I just knew it was a shark. Look how close we are.”

In the second clip, The Undertaker continued to stand in the water in a bid to ensure the shark moves away as soon as possible. Eventually, it made a hasty retreat.

Whilst holding the camera, McCool-Calaway added: “Yep. OK. Guess I wasn’t big enough to scare him away but you are.”

Fans were quick to react to the footage on social media.

One said: “I think you forgot your husband is THE Undertaker lol. That shark wanted no smoke.”

Another wrote: “Transformed from Jaws to Nemo soon as he saw Taker in his line of vision.”

A third fan added: “The shark didn't want to go one on one with The Undertaker!”

Someone else opined: “That shark didn’t want the smoke from your husband! Shark said ‘I wanna live today’.”

Whilst a fifth commented: “It’s almost like the shark knew its fate and decided to swim off.”

Another person said: “Is it illegal to tombstone a shark? Genuinely curious lol.”
