Footage of Roman Reign’s reaction after being defeated during WWE’s Money in the Bank has gone viral.
On Sunday, WWE’s 14th annual Money in the Bank pay-per-view event took place inside London’s O2 Arena.
Reigns was teamed with Solo Sikoa as they took on The Usos in this year’s headline event in a Bloodline Civil War tag team match.
Eventually, it was Jey Uso who pinned Reigns in front of a shocked London crowd.
Reign’s reaction to the defeat has since gone viral, you can watch the footage below.
That was Reign’s first pin-fall defeat since December 2019. Fans were quick to react to the footage on social media. Reign's first-ever pin-fall defeat 10 years ago was also against Jey Uso and it has happened again a decade later.
One said: “This is amazing. Literally feels like I’m watching a movie.”
Another tweeted: “Roman Reigns after the tag match. Smackdown is about to be a movie.”
A third fan added: “Roman about to snap.”
Someone else wrote: “Jesus, this reaction from Roman is something else, my man is angrrryyy.”
Whilst a fifth commented: “Roman’s reaction is something else rn.”
During a recent interview with The Associated Press, Reigns said he couldn’t have written the past three years any better.
He said: “You set goals and have visions of where you view yourself and what you’d like to accomplish. But, I couldn’t have written the past three years any better. It feels good to come from a wrestling family that has been performers for a long time. To represent such a prestigious title reign at the tippity top of the mountain, there’s no comparison.
“I feel good. I take care of myself. I’m not running around doing anything crazy. I raise children and dominate the wrestling game. If they keep cutting these insane checks, I’ll stay around.”
