Remember that time when WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin hit the Stunner on Santa Claus?
No? Well, it happened. And you're in for a right treat!
The Texas Rattlesnake did not care who crossed his path and most of the time, if not all, there was a Stone Cold Stunner with somebody’s name on it.
During a segment on Raw in December 1997, the former WWE superstar had enough of Father Christmas and nailed him with his iconic finisher.
If there is one way to s**t all over Christmas, then Austin has done it perfectly.
“Just Stone Cold things,” one fan said.
Someone else posted: “I am of the prevailing mindset that Stone Cold Steve Austin has stunned everyone in existence.”
While a third wrote: “Santa deserved it.”
Austin, 57, is widely regarded as one of the best wrestlers of all time and enjoyed an illustrious career in the business.
The Hall of Famer admitted that WWE CEO and chairman Vince McMahon tried to convince him to come out of retirement, but he ruled out a return to in-ring action.
“I think Vince [McMahon] tried talking me into coming back a couple of times,” Austin told WWE legend Chris Jericho on the Talk Is Jericho podcast.
“But you know, Chris, I love the business so much -- I can’t say I love it more than anybody else, I can only speak for myself. But I just love the damn business, and it hurt me so much to leave it. And to me, going back for one match, being like man, why?
“What am I proving? What are they going to remember? It ain’t about the money.”
Stone Cold has sporadically appeared on WWE TV after his retirement and currently hosts the Broken Skull Sessions on the WWE Network.
