UFC Release Spine-Tingling Promo For Khabib Nurmagomedov Vs. Conor McGregor Fight

Conor McGregor is back!

The Irishman is slated to return at UFC 229 when he takes on lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in an eagerly awaited title fight.

And ahead of October 6th, UFC have released a spine-tingling promo featuring both combatants.

From McGregor's brilliant soundbites to the mayhem he caused in Brooklyn.

The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, plays host to the blockbuster UFC 229.

Nurmagomedov is set to make the first defence of his title after claiming gold against Al Iaquinta at UFC 223.

McGregor, meanwhile, will make his first trip to the famed Octagon since 2016, where he dethroned Eddie Alvarez to become a simultaneous two-weight UFC champion.

Anyway, UFC president Dana White spoke to FOX Sports following the announcement of the fight, and claims there was no issues in pitting the two supreme lightweights.

"Not difficult at all," he said. "First of all, it's what makes Conor McGregor the international superstar that he is and it's what makes Khabib a straight killer.

"You have two of these guys, who are actually both straight killers, coming out of the gate and going straight after each other head-to-head.

"In their prime - incredible."
