When asked about the steroid accusations, the City Kickboxing trainer replied: "I think it's just outrageous."
He added: "To be pretty honest, we've just laughed it off.
"Like, it's just - I mean, not withstanding something maybe accidentally - and the chances of that are like slim-to-none as well because we're so good at using the right approved supplements and stuff, like, it's just never been a part of our ethics and morals at the gym."
Speaking after defending his UFC middleweight title, the Nigerian-born Kiwi star said: "I didn't want to speak about it until I know what it was.

"Because it's been on me for the last eight weeks and it was just growing and I was like, 'This is quite sore.'
"Even my girl told me, 'Go to the doctor,' but I was like, 'Ah, I'll just get this fight over with first.' I don't know what it is.
"I might keep you posted, or I might keep letting people speculate. It's kind of fun to watch people just cry about it."
Adesanya, meanwhile, improved his MMA record to 20-0 as he recorded his ninth win inside the famed Octagon.
