Dana White has revealed Rose Namajunas is the only fighter who is reluctant to compete inside the Octagon due to coronavirus fears.

Former strawweight champion Namajunas was slated to face Jessica Andrade in a rematch at UFC 249 in Jacksonville, Florida, but pulled out after hearing the tragic news that two members of family had died as a result of the virus.

White says the rest of his deep roster have no problem continuing to slug it out in the midst of a global pandemic, but Namajunas is still understandably sceptical to do so.

Asked if he was worried fighters do not want to compete, White told a press conference: "Guys are training, people are training right now.

"People want to fight. So I don't see an issue making a fight with anybody right now.

"Other than Rose - there might be others, I don't know if this is a fact - but I don't think there is anybody else who has brought up issues about fighting right now."

UFC have been conducting regular swab and antibody tests in regards to fighters, referees, corner men and camera crew, with only one person testing positive.

Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza tested positive and his scheduled preliminary bout with Uriah Hall at UFC 249 was nixed as a result.

Though plenty of masks, gloves and PPE equipment has been on display, UFC have now ran three events in a week after receiving the green light from the state of Florida.

UFC commentators have been split up across different sides of the Octagon, but Joe Rogan did post-fight interviews up close and personal after refusing the orders given to him.

"At least they let me do the post-fight interviews in the Octagon," Rogan said on air in the post- show analysis after UFC 249.

"You threw a fit," his co-commentator and former UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier replied.

"You threw a fit before the show. This is insane, everyone's been tested, we're all clean!"

"They were going to make me do them from like two yards away," Rogan added.

"We're all clean. Everyone's been tested, but they were going to make me do interviews from 50 feet away. I'm like, 'I can't, I want to see them, look into their eyes."
