UFC Officially Unveil BMF Title Ahead Of Jorge Masvidal Vs. Nate Diaz

UFC have officially revealed the brand spanking BMF title ahead of Saturday's blockbuster UFC 244 card.

Nate Diaz is set to contend for the BMF belt with Jorge Masvidal in New York at the iconic Madison Square Garden.
They'll compete for the promotion's inaugural BMF title and ahead of their showdown, UFC have unveiled the design of the title.

The BMF title came to fruition following Diaz's victory over Anthony Pettis at UFC 241. He called out Masvidal and declared himself the champion of the previously non-existent division.


The belt costs a whopping $50,000 and 'The Rock', real name Dwayne Johnson, will present the title to the winner.

The action star will also be in attendance for tonight's press conference and he has teased a special announcement for MMA fans, saying it's "something I wanted to tell the UFC and MMA community first."
He added: "This addition to the company and the brand and to the sport, this BMF belt, I think it's brilliant. It's so smart and it's just fun, man. That place is gonna be rocking, it's gonna be electrifying. I can't wait to get in there, man."
