Carlos Alcaraz has raised concerns he may be considering retirement following his historic win in the Australian Open final.
After losing the opening set of the match, Alcaraz confidently beat tennis legend Novak Djokovic 2-6 6-2 6-3 7-5 in the final of the Australian Open on Sunday morning.
The historic win means that the Spaniard now joins the exclusive list of players to win all four Grand Slam tournaments - the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open - becoming the first to do so since Djokovic in 2016.
Following the match, many fans have wondered if 10-time Australian Open champion Djokovic, 38, may finally decide to call time on his career, with it likely that he will now never get the chance to win a record-breaking 25th Grand Slam.

However, it appears that Djokovic isn't the only one that some fans believe may be considering retirement after Alcaraz left a message on the camera after his win.

Before the Australian Open final, there were only eight players in the history of men's tennis to win all four Grand Slams, including the iconic trio of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Djokovic.
Therefore, Alcaraz's achievement in becoming the ninth man to do so is understandably a major moment for the the 22-year-old, particularly because he is now the youngest player to achieve that feat, beating the record held by Nadal.
And it's clear that this fact wasn't lost on Alcaraz as, after securing the victory, he wrote on a camera lens: "Job finished, 4/4 complete."
Speaking on commentary for TNT Sports, British tennis legend Andy Murray joked: "Maybe that's his retirement message. That's him done. Mic drop!"
However, fans thinking that Alcaraz is really considering retirement will no doubt be relieved to hear that the young tennis star has already promised that he will return to Melbourne to defend his title next year.

Thanking the Melbourne crowd for their support across the competition, Alcaraz said: "My team in the corner, nobody knows how hard I've been working to get this trophy and my pre-season was a bit of a rollercoaster emotionally.
"The love I receive every year, it's great support and great love. It's not just when I play the matches, every time I step on court for practice, I feel the love from the people, too. I want to say thank you very much for pushing me in the tough moments during matches.
"Thank you very much and I can't wait to come back next year."
