Carlos Alcaraz is reportedly making good progress in his return from injury, with 'everything going well.'
The 23-year-old has not played a match in two months since he withdrew from his match against Tomáš Macháč at the Barcelona Open.
It was later revealed that Alcaraz had suffered from severe right-wrist tenosynovitis, which not only cut short his clay court season but also ruled him out of the entire grass court season too.
The world No.2 announced he would not be able to defend his French Open title at Roland-Garros and has also withdrawn from Wimbledon, where he finished runner-up last year.

Speaking earlier in the week, Spain Davis Cup captain David Ferrer issued an update on his compatriot and reiterated he would not be rushed back into action until he was fully fit.
“Well, calm. Reassurance that everything is going well," Ferrer told AS. "The important thing is that Carlos recovers one hundred percent and day by day. You don’t have to think much more. It is an injury that must be taken care of and the good thing is that Carlos is mentally very good and is in good hands."
There was further good news on Friday, when Alcaraz uploaded a training video to social media that showed him without a brace on his right wrist. The Spaniard had worn a protective brace since mid-April, but was filmed without one as he ran alongside physical trainer Alberto Lledó in a workout video.
Alcaraz has still not announced a timeframe on his return to action, though there is a belief he could be back for the American hard-court season, which begins in early August. He has already withdrawn from the upcoming Wimbledon Grand Slam, which runs until 13 July.
His injury continues to be one of the biggest talking points in the sport, with speculation over when he might be available again. Speaking this week, Spanish tennis legend Rafael Nadal said: "Carlos will return from the injury, he'll return strong, because he's too good for it to be any other way."
However, fellow tennis legend Andre Agassi was not so positive. Speaking on the Big T podcast, he hit out at the lack of clarity on his injury situation. "It would be really helpful if he or someone close to him clearly explained the exact nature of his injury, because at this point, we can only speculate."
