Italy and England are currently facing off in the Six Nations, with England leading 12-10 at half time.
Neither side has truly dominated, with both battling hard in this game, which could only be described as an arm wrestle or a chess match, and that is being kind.
The game has been riddled with handling errors and stoppages in play to slow the game down, with neither side playing much eye-catching rugby.
It is not difficult to understand why the game may be being played in this manner, as Italy knows this is the best chance they have ever had to beat the English, something they have never done, while Steve Borthwick knows this is a must-win for him regarding the future of his role as head coach.

However, this standard of rugby has had fans complaining, particularly after the masterclass put on in the game prior between Scotland and France, with Gregor Townsend’s side winning that match 50-40.
Rugby fans have taken to social media to give their views on the contrast between the two fixtures.
One has said on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Imagine trying to explain to someone who doesn’t know rugby that this is the same sport as the Scotland-France game.”
Another added: “This match is like watching a different sport to the Scotland-France game. No tempo, errors galore, and physios constantly on the pitch. No flow whatsoever.”
While another gave their say: “Tough to go from one of the most exciting games in Six Nations history to this.”
There will be hope that the standard of the game can improve in the second half when both coaches can get their tactical message across in the hopes it can break down the opposition's defence more consistently.
Complaints did not end with this regarding the Italy and England clash, but it was more from the ITV coverage.
Earlier in the competition there were loud grumblings about the decision to show adverts during the setting up for scrums, and while this has quietened slightly, there are still those who are displeased with this addition by the British broadcaster.
One fan said: “Adverts I can just about tolerate, but that Adobe one just now was absolute rubbish.”
While another added: “The adverts are annoying enough without adding in an infuriating Adobe jingle."
Fans also aired their displeasure with the decision by ITV to have only British voices on the commentary team, believing that, throughout, there could be a frustrating bias to England.
One said: “This commentary by ITV is not helping to enjoy this game. AGAIN."
Another added: “This commentary is so one-sided."
While this is clearly a crucial game for both nations and there is a desire to be enthused by this clash, fans are struggling to enjoy it for several reasons.
