The sports superstars invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding revealed

The sports stars invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding, reportedly being held this evening at Madison Square Garden, have been revealed.

Swift and Kelce announced their engagement last August, via a joint Instagram post that left Swifties scrambling and theorising — becoming even more rampant this evening after rumours surfaced regarding the wedding.

An event on Thursday at Madison Square Garden was initially believed to be a warm-up for the actual ceremony, however, it has since surfaced that the 100-guest 'rehearsal' is, in fact, the couple's actual wedding.

According to the Daily Mail, insiders have revealed that Swift and Kelce's marriage ceremony is currently underway, held at the arena's Infosys Theatre, despite being billed as a rehearsal dinner, with a larger celebration to follow on Friday.

In June, TMZ reported that the wedding was penciled in for July 3, however, that timeline appears to have been altered, with the likes of Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Selena Gomez and one of Swift's long-time collaborators Jack Antonoff all in attendance on Thursday evening to see the superstar couple be wedded.

The guest list's size was also included in TMZ's June report, with invites reportedly being sent to over 1000 people, by text message as opposed to physical invitations in an effort to maintain privacy.

Now, Page Six have reported which sports superstars are in attendance to see Swift and Kelce tie the knot, amongst a guest list of Hollywood A-Listers and high-profile musicians.

The New York Knicks receive invites to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding

According to the report, the entire starting five for the New York Knicks received invites to see Swift and Kelce be wedded at Madison Square Garden, the home stadium of the NBA Championship-winning franchise.

Swift was court-side with the Haim sisters during Game 4 of the NBA Finals, in which the Knicks overcame a historic points deficit against the San Antonio Spurs, returning from the dead through a last-second OG Anunoby basket.

The Knicks went 3-1 up in the series, and headed on the road to San Antonio where they clinched Game 5 and ended a 53-year-long wait to see the NBA Championship trophy return to the franchise.

Swift is reportedly a long-time Knicks fan, despite Kelce being of the Cleveland Cavaliers persuasion, which left NBA fans confused after the pop singer was previously seen in attendance for, and seemingly in support of, the Cavaliers' face-off against the Knicks earlier this year.

Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, Karl-Anthony Towns and Finals MVP Jalen Brunson will join either for tonight's ceremony, or for the larger event planned for Friday.

NFL star Ross Travis, as well as several other Kansas City team-mates of Kelce's, was pictured in attendance for the couple's wedding at the Knicks' stadium this evening.

San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle was also pictured alongside his wife Georgia during the build-up to the event.

TMZ reported that the event is being closely controlled in an effort to maintain privacy, with NYPD officers stationed near the venue being banned from mobile phone usage.
